Information
Recreate one of the most legendary and robust attack aircraft from the Vietnam War! Tamiya presents a wonderfully detailed model of the Douglas A-1J Skyraider in the iconic US Air Force livery. Originally developed during World War II, the Skyraider proved its worth in Southeast Asia thanks to its extreme payload capacity, ability to withstand heavy damage and long flight times over the battlefield. The aircraft became particularly famous for its dramatic search and rescue operations and close support for ground forces.
