Freight terms

Delivery
Normally we deliver your order to the post office within 2-3 days after we receive your order. The post office will notify you of when you can pick up the package.
You have two weeks to pick up the package from your local post office. If you haven’t picked up the package within this time, it will be returned to us. These are post office regulations. You will also be invoiced for the delivery costs.

Payment
Free delivery in Norway
For orders that exceed NOK 1500 we cover the shipment costs when using "Pakke til hentested" and "Pakke i postkassen" in Norway. Below this amount, or with other options than we offer for free, you have to cover the shipment cost that is calculated during checkout.

Customers in Svalbard
The post office has introduced a separate fee for packages to Svalbard. For this reason, each order from Svalbard will be charged with this fee, which currently amounts to NOK 236 .

Customers outside Norway
For customers outside Norway we offer shipment at a fixed cost, and use the shipment company that we find suitable.
