About the role model: The legendary "Acht-Acht"
The German 88mm gun was originally developed as a powerful anti-aircraft gun (Flak), but quickly became world-renowned for its extreme effectiveness as an anti-tank gun. Both in the deserts of North Africa and on the Eastern Front, the 88mm shells could knock out Allied tanks at ranges they themselves could not match. This building kit lets you choose between the Flak 36 version (with a split barrel and transport trolleys) and the modified Flak 37 version with improved sights.
