Informasjon

Included Cement · Brush · Main paints The Super Puma (AS 332 M1 AS 532 UL) belongs to the Puma, Super Puma, EC 225/EC 725 family of transport helicopters built by Eurocopter. From 1987 to 1995, the DGA (French General Directorate for Armament) ordered 27 “Cougars. As a twin-engine, medium weight helicopter (9 tonnes) the renovated Cougar includes special mission equipment offering navigation and night vision capabilities. The Cougar’s main missions are tactical transport, day and night.

The AS 332 Super Puma is a modern, multi-role medium helicopter manufactured by the Eurocopter Group consortium (now part of Airbus Helicopters). The flight of the prototype took place in 1978, and the machine entered service in the same year. The helicopter - in the SA 332 L1 version - has a fuselage length of 16.79 meters and a rotor diameter of 16.2 meters. The drive is provided by two Turbomeca Makila 1A2 engines with a capacity of 1845 KM each. The helicopter has a classic layout with a single main rotor and a propeller on the tail boom.

The AS 332 Super Puma helicopter was developed by the French aviation company Aerospatiale as a far-reaching development of the very successful SA 330 Puma machines, intended for both the military and civilian market. Compared to its predecessor, the machine received a completely new power unit, an almost completely redesigned hull (although externally very similar to the SA 330), a new chassis, and the whole structure was clearly strengthened. Finally, a machine was created, externally similar to the SA 330, but offering much greater combat capabilities and better performance. In the course of production, many development versions were created, including: AS 332 B 1 (the first mass-produced military version), AS 332 C 1 (sea version intended for search and rescue tasks) or AS 332 F 1 (sea version of the helicopter intended for combat tasks). The AS 332 machine has gained a lot of popularity and in various versions has been or is still used by countries such as: Brazil, Canada, Germany and Norway.
